March 10, 19$3__ RE: Carriage House Restoration As a result of examination of the plans submitted for the restoration of the Carriage House, the following corrections must be made to conform to code requirements. (1) The windows in the main level bedroom and upper level .sleeping area `must meet UBC Section 1204, "Exit- Facilities''. The specified windows have a clear opening width of Y6 3/4'inches whereas the minimum net clear opening width required by ttie code section shall be 20 inches. Anderson Model Cx25 ahd Cx-15 (9'-9" rougli ' opening width) or equal will meet the egress window requirements.
