00-13 Willoughby Partners Limited: Requesting side and rear yazd setback vaziances where 20 and
30 feet respectively aze required for landscaping improvements (boulder wall, pond, and 10 foot
high berm) that exceed 30 inches in height on these lots in the R-30 zone district.

00-14 Aspen Quick Mart/ Don & Linda Crouch: Requesting setback relief from the 100' Arterial
