A 30' x 30'canopy will be ere weather. Preferably not. This will be a weather call to be made closer to the date. There will be no additional boundries or barricades, bleachers, grandstands,outdoor stages, road closures, signs, banners fencing. All amplifed music will be contained within the arena. Additional safety lighting will be provided to illuminate entrance and pathway to the bathroom trailer for the guests. Hand Washing stations provided by caterer- located within walls of azena. Parking is all on-site maintained and directed by Jay's Valet Dumpsters and Recyling provided by Waste Management- Bear Proof Dumpster to be located at North End of Arena. Catering to be set up in one-third of arena- with (2) warming ovens located outside on North End of Arena. A whisper watt generator (and one back-up) will be placed on the outside of the riding azena on the North end to provide A 10 x 10 staff tent will be placed outside North end of Arena -for catering staff A Self-Contained Bathroom Trailer will be located on the East side of the Arena. Contracted from United Site Services- maintained by USS personnel for the duration of the event. 1- portolet toilet will be provided for staff to be located at the Norht end of the azena. They will drive up to front entrance and parking attend. their cazs. The turn for Chappazal will be designated by a Jay's Valet pazking sign. There aze no additional requests for road closures or police. There are no requests for additonal signage, cones or barricades. Parking Plan: There is sufficient free pazking at the venue. There will be another portolet provided for staff. Alcohol Mitigation Plan: There is no sale of alcohol at this event. There will food available throughout the evening There will be a variety ofnon-alcoholic drinks available. Staff is trained in friendly intervention In case of intoxicated guests, alternate transportation will be provided.
