In reviewing our Pitkin County Tax Notice, we noticed that the actual and assessed property valuation is incorrect due to the fact that
in October of 2006 we assigned our lease to new Tenants and therefore moved from 447 E Cooper Street-Aspen, our old location to
our New Location at 316 South Hunter Street-Aspen. The actual Personal Property in our new space is made of Computer
equipment for $4,800 and Furniture & Accessories for $ 5,150(Fixture were existing and belong to the landlord) for a total of $9,950
Let me know how you woidd like to handle our 2007 taxes payment.
