Mrs Susan Shettleworth having offered t e.oenvey to Pitkin County by Warranty Deed that portion of the surveyed County Road going thre her premises for s distance of 165 rode, more or leas and sf 40 feet in width, for the sum of $363.00, the sum it would scat the County as.etipnlated to build a legal fence on both a"ides of said strip, and to waive any and all claims hereafter for trespass in case she fails to build a sufficient fence for protection of her fields along laid highway.
