At the request of A. J. Dearhamer to resign as Judge of Election in Precinct No. 17, and
that Edith Dearhamer be appointed in hies stead for said precinct, received and accepted.
-, Upon motion Edith Dearhamer was appointed to act as Judge in said Precinct. No• 17.
The following letter was received from the `Tate Eighway 'vepartment in regards to a
k resolution passed by the Board of County Commissioners and the Council of the Clty of
Aspen, relative to the taking over of certain streets in 'the city of Aspen, for Highway
purposes, said streets designated in said resolutions.

Gentlemen:
The Highway Advisory Board at a recent meeting further considered resolution
adopted by the pity Council of Aspen under date of June• 30, 1923 asking that certain
streets within the city of Aspen be included in the state highway system; whioh request
was endorsed by resolution from the Board of County Commissioners of Pit kin County under
date of February 5, 1924.
After ~iseusslon the hoard voted that thepetition referred it.o be granted, and the
streets set forth therein be declared a part of estate Highway No• 82•
