The following resolution was adopted;-- Be it P~esolved, That the C02;~:iISSI02d~5 DISTP.ICTS OF THE COUIdTY OF PITEZN shall be altered and shall henceforth be bounded and described as follows, viz:- District No. Two. Beginning at a point on tthe line of Gunnison and Pitkin Counties, thence due north to the mounth of Maroon Creek and continuing in the same course, north, to the Eagle and Pitkin County line, thence following in a northwesterly course the lines of Eagle and Garfi®~d counties, and continuing in a generally South Eastern oourse to the place of beginning on the Gunnison and Pitkin Counties line;. District No. One.- Be$inning at the point on Maroon Creek, where Bleeker jtreet of Aspen extended Pr'esterly would intersect the line described as the easterly boundary line of Distrlet IVo. Two across from Gunnison County to Eagle County, thence in easterly course along the center of said Bleeker Street extended, to its intersection with Lake County line, thence along the Lake County, .Chaffee and Gunnison Connti:es' line to the point on Gunnison County line where the East Boundary of District No• 2, starts, Thence Northerly along said District No. 2 boundary line to the place of beginning ; District No. Three Beginning at the point where th° center line of Bleeker Street, extended Westerly, intersects the East line boundary of District Ido. 2,. thence Northerly to Eagle County line, thence Easterly fol:'-owing the lines of Eagle and Lake Counties to the point of intersection of the center line of Bleeker Street expended easterly to the Lake County Line, thence Glesterly along the center line of said Bl~.;eker ''treet so extended to the place of beginning. On motion duly made and seconded the foregoing resolution fixing the lines of Com- missioner's Districts as therein defined was adopted, Commissioners frown and ti^iilllams voting in the affirmative amd Commissioner Reed voting in the negative.
