Meeting called to order by Chairman Williams, and the following members were f~bund to be present. Commissioners, Williams, Reed and Evans. Clerk Jennie E. Sanders, and attorney J. W. Deane. Minutes of the former meeting read and approved. The bills of the C. F. Hoeckel B. B. ~ L. Co. and the jhe Out West Printing Company,w received x.14 response to the advertisement for bids for stationery and supplies for the year 192? , and opened by the Board. After careful oonaideratien of the two bide it was unanimously resolved that the bias be rejeeted and the°Connty to btllr its supplies in the open market at the beat prices obtainable. The Bond of True A. Smith as County Commissioner in the sum of $5000.00 was approved by John T. Shumate Judge of the District court, 9th• Judioial District, Colorado. The Bond of B Short, a.s Superintendent of schoala, in the sum of X2000.00 was approved by the oard as to form and snfficieney. The aond of A. S. Thomson as Justice of the Peace in the Meridith Jus=tics Precinct, in the sum of X1000.00 was approved ffis to form and suffioiency. Meeting oalled to order at 10 A. M. on Jan. 4th. 1927, by Chairman Williams and all members were found present. Joe Kastelio having offered to purchase the taz dertifica~es of sale and the taxes to date on Lot 5 to 9 ino. and Lots 12 to 16 ins. Block 6 Eames addition, offering the sum of X30.00. Upon motion the said offer was accepted and the treasurer authooized and directed ' transfer sad assign said certificates for said sum. Nick Moravec having offered to purchase the tax certificates of sale and the taxes to da on the Cadet Lode Mining Claim, Roaring Fork Mining Distriot, U. S. S. No. 5790, offering the sum of X20.00. Upon motion the said offer was acoepted and the treasurer authorized an directed to transfer and assign said certificates for said sum. Mrs Robert Long having offered to purohase the taz certificates of sale and the taxes to on H. E. Survey No. 95 in Sections 20, 19, 29 and 30 Twp. 10 S. R. 84 W. less to J. ~. Le 1 and 1/6fh. sores, offering the sum of X30.00. Upon motion the said offer was accepted a the treasurer authroized and direoted to transfer and assign said certificates for said s Al. S. Lamb having offered to purchase the tax certificates of sale and the taxes to date on Lois L. and M. Blk. 88 Aspen, offering the sum oY X150.00. Upon motion the said offer ve aocepted and the treasurer authorized and directed to transfer and assign said certitiaate for said sum. Nels Johnson having offered to purchase the tax csertificates of sale and the taxes to dat Lot 6. Btk. 5 Oklahoma addition, offering the sum of X10.00. Upon motion the said offer wa aeoepted and the treasurer authorized and directed to transfer and assign said certifieate for said sum. Joe Kaatelie having offered to purchase the tax certificates of sale and the taxes. to da on Lota 11 and 12 Blk. 6 Eames addition, offering the sum of X3.00. Upon rriotion the said o was acospted and the treasurer authorized and directed to transfer and assign said cert- i~icates for said sum. here being no further business coming before the Bo~rdt upon motion was ajourned, to mee again at 7,0 A.
