Commission- ers Evans,Reed,and Smith; County Attorney Deane,and Clerk Mary McKenna. Minutes of the former meeting were read and approved. Kralich and Pugel having offered to purchase the tax certificates of sale and the taxes to date on the Etcetra Miffing Lode,U.S.S.~I06I6,on the Queen Sabe,Ewing,and Rucger Lodes, the Tarifa and Dick Lodes in the Highland ~i.ning Diatriot,U.S.S.~iI89;offering the sum of wI00.00 for all such taws due. Upon motion the said offer was ~eoepted and the treaurer authotized and directed to transfer and assign said certificates dor said sum. M.M.Neihart having offered to purchase the tax certificates of sale and the tazea to date on Lot E,Bloek 6I Aspen;offering the sum of X25.00. Upon motion the said offer was accepted and the treasurer authorised and iirected to transfer and assign said certificates for said sum. W.M.Callins having offered to purchase the tax certificates of sale and the taxes to date on Lot (},Block 66 Aspen;offering the sum of X24.47. Upon motion the said offer was acoepted and the treasurer authorized and directed to transfer and assign said certificates for said sum. The Smuggler Leasing Company having offered to purchase the tax certificate of sale and the taws to date on the I/2 Bonnybel Lode Mining Claim,R.F.~ining District with U.S.S.3~I387; ofYering the sum of X83.23 for all such taxes due. Upon motion the said offer was acoepted and the treasurer authorized and directed to transfer and $saign said certificate for said sum The Smuggler Leasing Company having offered. to purehaes the taz certificate of sale and she tazea to date on the I/2 Bonnybel Lode Vining C1aim,R.F.biining Diatrict,U.S.S.~I387;offer- ing the sum of 25.60,for all such taws due, Upon motion the said offer was aooepted and the Treasurer authorized and directed to transfer and assign said oertifioate for said sum. On account of erroneous assessment of bicycle and truck,the I926 tax as assessed a~a.inst y1C.Groscubth amounting to ~I5I.23 is given a rebate of ~I4.4I laeving due the sum of ~I3~r.82. The County Treasurer is iistr~zeted to receive from and to give receipt to John Hoagland, rantee of Silas~Johnson,the sum of X25.00 as rent for the uie of lots belonging to the County f Pitkin,for the year I927,being the same lots oy letter and block in Hallam's Addition to he City of aspen that were rented to Silas Johnson in years oefore by the t€ounty. ~ ~ R.H.Pieree having offered to purchase the tax certificates of sale and the taxes to date on Lots 3-6-7-I3 Sec.26 Twp.9S.R.85 ~'V. and Lot 2I of Sec.23 Tsp.9 S.R.85 W. ;also Lots I-2-8-I7 of See.26 twp/9 S.R.85 ,W. and the SE4 of NE4 Seo.26 Tsp.9S.R.85 W.,and that perso~iaalty proper- .~ ty assessed upon said lands,offering the sum of ~II65.I4 far all such taxes due.
