Ma9. 3rd I927. Meeting called to order by Chairman C.L.E~rans at IO o'clock A.M. May 3rd I927,and all Members were present. Because of the manifestly erroneous assessment. of properties and premises of Lenora Healey by the inclusion of items also assessed to her tenant,&Irs. Barrailler, who assumed the ~aymsnt of taxes as tenant of Mrs. Healey, her said payment of taxes on .the Healey ranch and the per- sonal property thereunto appertaining, and as rent therefor-re and it appearing on the treasurer a boots that there was double assessment thereon, some of the items being assessed to ~3ra. Heals ani also to Mrs.. Barrailler, it is ordered that correction be made,and that from the total assessment against Mrs. Healey there be remitted and cancelled .the total sum of ~4i0.00,leavi upon her schedule subjecttto taxation properties valued for assessment at X490.00. Resolved that Frank Bruin, Sheriff,be and is hereby instructed to see that all automobiles are duly licensed,and to collect dues unpaid,and if necessary to make complaint against•delin- quents.
