The County Treasurer is instructed to cancel the tax of wI9.67~levied for the year A.D.I92S pon personal property of J.Anaon.formerly a resident of Aspen,s~id personal psoperty,after pay ent in full of taxes due prior to the levy for I926,having been removed from 4he County of Pit in and therefore out of the jurisdiction and not subject to said levy.
