I927 by and between B.C,Huff o3' one part and the'County of Pit$ia, Colorado, of the other part
in full setstlsment forever of all diaptlte• as to uie of right of way hereinafter more -pa,rtiau-
larly desartbed, and its dedication for perpetual use of the public wtthont discrimination as
to any person.
I. B,C.fiuff being the owner of those particular~premiaes 3~own as the Huff ranch
in Pitkin County,Colorado through which a long-used highway extends to the Lauderbeok ranc~
ad~oining,~and thisee on to premises beyond does hereby for the Bum of fiYty dollar$ (~54.
cash in hand fully paid and hereby recelptad for, waive, surrender, quitclaim and make peer
to Pil~kin County all and every claim of special 'privilege heretofore asserted by him, and
fully aeknowleige the right oZ the public t~ithout d#sori~mination to the perjertmal use of the
same as a county road. .
E. That said strip of road is one half mile tore or lean in length eztendirig fray
gate at connecting highway soroas HuYf premises to.gate on•6Yest line of Landerbeak rancth bei
a section crf road as it has long been used by the public.
3. A condition of this agreement is that gates as they now eaiat shall be respect
ed and mairrtained, and that the' County of Pitkin assumes no obligation to fence said strig~
