It was ordered that the statutory exemption be allowed in the case of Tars. 3ilvius on
household gaods, and that the assessor be instructed to amend the schedule for I927 according-'
- ly, and that the Treasurer make the said deduction on his books and in his collection.

The order heretofore made in the matter of apportionment of the I927 income to the County
from the Forestry Service, wherein 95°fo of said income was ilre~ted to be put into the General ~,
road Fund and 5,o was set over ~o the Cou~ity Behool Fund, is hereby rescinded; and in place
thereof, the County Treasurer is instructed to'plaee 50p of said income fund to the credit
of the General Road Purposes Fund and 50~ of said income to the School Fund; and as the
apportionment has already been made on the books; the Treasurer is instructed to transfer
from the General Road Purposes Fund to the Gou9nty School Fund the awn of ~I560,78,whiQh, with
