Nesting called to order at IO O'clock August 7th by Chairman C.;;~.Reed and ell members were
pre sent .
-.a The offer in the sum of X25.00 for the tas certificate and taws to date on part of NE4
of Section I4, Township 8 South, Range 84 bleat 6th P.Li. as assessed to Roberta and Anderson
was made and upon motion the said offer was accepted and the ~rsaiurer authorized ~ and direot-
ed to transfer and assign said certificate for said sum.
Upon motion the l~ouaty treasurer was instraoted to transfer the sum of X4000.00 from the
General County Road Fund to the Special Road,or State Highway Fund.

Paul Ciley, 0ounty assessor, present, at the oonaideration at said petitions and recommended
