Part, Sky Blue,3kipper, Sterling, ~unny ~auth, Susie, and Valletta mining lode claims in
goody Bluing 8lstrict, U.S. Survey No. 6545 was made and upon motion the said offer was
accepted and the Treasurer authorized and directed to transfer and assign said certificate
for said sum.
The offer in the sum of X3.00 for the tax sale certificate and the taxes to date on
Leta 8- IO and Part of Lot 7 in Block I of Oklahoma Addition to the City of Aspen.
The offer in the. sum of `57.28 for the tax sale certificate and the taxes to date
on the H.E.Survey No.248 in township IO South, 3~ange 84 4Yest 6 P.bd. was madw and upon
motion the said offer was accepted and the Treasurer auttorized a nd directed to transfer
and assign said certificate for said sum.
Bids for supplying the Court I3ouae/aioarload of coal were received, opened and con-
sidered respectively from the Koch Lumber Bo.,The Plaoita Coal B~i.ning Co., and Hobert
Shaw. The bid of the Placita Coal dining Qompany of~3.50 per ton of mine run coal was
accepted and the Clerk instructed to order one oar load lot.at that ~i~ice.
Resolution.
~eaolved that upon the application of A.J. Dearhamer of Bderedith for lease thereof,
that lease for ten years from and after iovember IOth Zo28 be granted, of use of that p
partis9ttar tract of about one sore, more or less, on which at Meredith the warehouse of
said Dearhamer stands, the property of Pi.tkin County, at time used as right of way bt
Colorado Brii.dland Railway, and that True A.Smith, of the Board of_Commisaioners is hereby
instructed as its representative for and in behalf of said Board to execute the proper
instrument of lease, the rental being Por the sum oY ~I.00 per annum, and the term running
for ten years from date thereof.
It was ordered that Joseph Skriner receive the sum of X35.00 each month from the Poor
r~und for aid in the support of his grandchildren. ~sid aid to begin December Iat, I928.

Above valuation has been charged on the books of this office and the levy dis-
