Clarence Johnson to serve as his deputy for the year, subja to the approval of the Board. Upon motion the said appointment was approved and hips salary ,fixed a#~80.00 par month. County Clerk b;ary 2uieltienna recommended Lillian Leaver to serve ats her deputy for the year subjeot to the a ~proval of the Board. Upon motion the said appointment was approved said her salary fixed at ,80.00 per month. Paul Coley, County Assessor, recommended bZrs. H.B. Burch to cot as his deputy for the ens' year subjeot to the approval of the Board. Upon motion the said appointment was approved and her salary fixed at x;80.00 per month. G.B. Brown nominated D. Sieverling to act as janitor for the Courthouse. There was no second to the nomination. Mr. Milton (~onner was nominated by bor. Va~neur and bir. Smith sec- onsed the nomination. i;Fr. Conner was appointed to act as janitor for the ensuing year at a salary of 'ti~''80.00 per month. ` bdr. J.H. Nicholson recommended the appointment of J.M.Conner as deputy sheriff for the en- ding year subjeot to the approval of the Board. Upon motion the said appointment was approved and Mr. Conner was appointed to act as deputy sheriff and jailer. J. W. Ilsane wsa continued as County Attorney for the ensuing year at':a salary of X50.00 a month.
