whereas the Oounty Sr'ngineer has approrsd the peMormanae by said Swanson of the oontraat
asper speaifiaatians and terms and has reoomnended its aooeptanas Dy the Commissioners nos,
therefore;
Be it aesol~ed; that the said work be saoepted and the sum of X945.00 as oonditioned in the
ontract be paid to Qontraator, l~us Swanson, That the Oonnty Alerk and Beeori~er is hereby auth-
rized to issue a warrant for said sum and that the Dandasfen be released from their obligation.
