Carried. On motion the matter of election of'~Truck Drivers was referred to 0vverseers.
On I~Sotion sceonded and unanimously carried the County Treasurer was authorized to waive
interest on delinquent taxes for 1932 if paid during the month of"April o'h account of not all
statements hav#ng been sent out.
The Clerk presented Notice of Yppeal for disallowance of 'claim of The Aspen Times for
bill of X8.89. The same was carefully read before the Board. '
Standard Agreement for the work on State Project 5~9-F between Aspen and Basalt on High-
way 82, properly signed by the Highway Department was eceive'd and filed.
The following motion offered by Louis Vagneur failed to obtain a second: That the widen-
ing of the Old Midland Grade, known as Pro~eat 509-D be done `by man-labor, by residents of
Pitkin County and teams, as per agreement with State; That Tv~Ir'H. L. Jenness, Division Engin-
eer and Chas D. Vail be notified of same, as conditions at this time warrant the employment
of as many men as possible. '
