The bonds by the National Surety Company of G. B. Brown and Louis Vagneur in the sum of
5,000.00 eaoh approved by John T. Shumate were at hand.
J. H. Nio~}olson applied for the fob as 3anitor of the Court House for the ensuing yeas
at X75.00 per month, he to apply said amount on maximum Sheriff's salary, turning over
the. amount over 100.00 gross to the. county. Applioation accepted and Mr. Nioholson eleoted
Dr. W. K. Twining was eleoted County Physician for the ensuing year at a salary of X400.00
per year.. '
