The resolution was unanimously adopted instruetin~ the clerk to notify the County Sheriff
that in view of the orders and statements from the Governor of Colorado that the 1933
U.R. tax on cars must be collected and that state and federal relief will be withheld
from counties not enforcing the law, it would be expected that he (the Sheriff) should
at once enforce the law to the letter. Also that any persons operating without the
regular 1933 license should be made to procure ~ one.
