un motion duly seconded and 8srried the County Treasurer was authorized and instr~ated to
tran~er the sum of X4,000.00 from the Contingent to the Registered Warrant Fund.
Oeaz The following motion was made, seconded and carried:
Whereas; a balance of $443.87 remains in the unclaimed estates fund as shown by the books
of the County Treasurer, and
Whereas; It appesrs to the satisfaction of the County Commissioners that said balance has
remained in the custody of the County Treasurer for a period in excess of twenty-one years
without claimant,
Therefore be it resolved, that the County Treasurer be authorized and directed to transfer
said balance of X443.87 to the Ordinary County Revenue as provided by law. z,
Commissioner Vagneur made the motion that road wages be X3.00 for ordinary laborers and
~p3.50 for overseers. No second and motion therefore lost.
