January 10, 1938 with the following mevnbers preaentt Boyd R. Kings Chairman; G. B. 'Brown,

The motion wsa made seconded and unanimously carried to deliver all the Offic isal Bonds
of Robert S. Killey sa County Treasurer from 1931 to• 1938 incluside to the Attorney employed
in the csae~concserning the X3,000,00 bonds in Koontz Broe. at the ttms of their failure; Chas
D. Bromleyy said bor-de to be returne$ to the Clerk oa or befca•e Feb, 15, 1939.

The members of the Board of County Commission ra of Pitkin County, Colorado, met at 3:00 P. M.
Tuesday January"10, 1939 with the following members present: G. B. Brown, Diat No. 1; Oreat
A. Gerbaz, Diat. No. 2; Boyd R: King, Mat No. 3; M. M. Neihardt, Clerk:
Orest A. Gerbaz wea unanimously elected Chairman fte` the ensuing year, Commissioner King,
,presiding for said election.
The Action oP the Board of County Commissioners of November 21 (Page 488) in appoinianent of
(Ralph L. McKee as auditor wsa re-affirmed, under conditions as therein stated.
The action of January 3, appointing Roy Whitbeck as Fi'oad Overseer was re-affirmed:

The following resolution was duly passed:
WHEREAS, By an Act oP the 3ecoad Extraordinary session of the 29th General Aasembl~t of the
State of Col'oi~sdo, amending Section 8796 of the Compiled Laws bf Colorado, 1981, ae amended
and approved`January 11th, 1934', and relating to tine deposit of public funds in bank's by
County Treasurerb, and providing "That ih ell'Countiea in thia'3tate, the County Treasurer
