Board oP County Commissioners Aspen, Pitkin Co., Colorado. Gentlemen: We the undersigned do hereby petition you to keep State Highway # 104 cleared of snow from the Eagle Co. line above Rue di to Seller during the winter months so that care may 1 used over this part of thq road during the entire year. • As you know, this is our only means of travel from thS.s district and we who live here lrnow that a usable road is just as necessary during the winter sa during the summer months. The distance of this stretch of highway is sixteen milea~ or less than the distance from Aspen to Basalt and can be kept open w_thout excessive coat i.f proper equipment is furnished for snow work.
