The Board oP County Commissioners of `Pitkin County, Colorado, met~at 5:00 P. M., Monday
August 14, 1939 with the following members ~r eaent:-0rest A. Gerbaa, Chairman; G. B.' Brown,
Commissioner; Boyd R. King, Commisai over; M. M. Nei hard~~ Clerk.
It was moved aecondecl and carried ~i~cit unanimously that the State Highway Department be sake
advance auffici~ent money to complete the oiling of Highway 82 and to take it out of the Gas
Tax moneys and other moneys paid by said Department to Pitkin County at as low a percentage
each month as possible,
Motion made seconded and carried that settlement be made with E. D. Arban y f r Right of W

The Bill of X67.05 to the Roaring Fork Water°Light & Power Co., for lYghta foly wea
allowed from the Ordinary County Revenue Fymd.
Mr. ~3arre1l G. Vail, A"sat. Supt Maintenance State Highway Lepartment was present and discuss
the oiling of Highway 82. `
