The following offers Por tax sale certificates and taxes ~xp to end including 1938 were accepted: 1.00 fee plus 10.82 Por Cart 24 12/12/29 Lota N, O, P, Q, Block 74 (Groscurth) 1.00 fee plus 10.00 Por Cert 33 12/16/32 Lots H & L Block 19 (Anna Nelson) A Resolution was duly made, seconded and carried to appropriate the sum of X5,000.00 from tt;e•3tate Special Road Fund for the purposes oP maintaining Highways 82, 104.and 133 in Pitki: County, the said amount to be matched by and equal amount by the State Highway Department. The motion was made seconded and carried to rescind the resolution of April 19, 1940, rela- tive to deduction from Herron: Bros. bills; by this resolution allowing past bills to remain ea allowed by the Board; bnt f2iat the Beard decline to pay Pca• gas aid oil and grease used in Herren Trucks (as rendered by Herron Bros) on bills far April 1940 from April 20 to 30 inc.
