The Board of County Comarissioners-of Pit kin County met at $:00 P.,M., Friday May 17,1940,
with the following members present: Oreat A. Gerbaz, Commissioner; Boyd,R.•King, Commiss over;
M. M. Yeihardt,,ClerI.. Chairman G. B. Brorr_~ being-ill and unable to attend, ha had ins~ructe~
the Board to proceed without him.
Commissioner Boyd. R. King wsa elected Chairman Pro "_'empore and given autY~ority to sign
the warrants allowed at this meeting.
The County Treasurer was authorized and instructed to make the following transfers of f5
800.00 Prom the County Aid to Depindent Children Funds to the State Aid to D. C. ;
800.00 from the County Welfare Administration ..^un$ to State Welfare Admin$at. Fun"
The Clerk was instructed to ascertain price of 20' 16-ft. poles for bracing corners and
turns of fence being built by .Donald Ferguson accordir~ to ,contract let at last meeting, said
poles to be not less than 3-inches at small end. Clerk also instructed to enter order with
Tomkins Hdw for standard cattle wire, galvanized at X5.50 and enough staples for the Job.
