Warrant No. 489 drawn on the State Special Road Fend on March 4, 1940 having been
reported lost, a duplicate bill having been presentees and allowed on June 3, 1940, the Clerk
having held the last named warrant (being No. 610 dated Julie 3, 1940) on the discotre='y of the
fact that duplicates had been issued, l6otion wen made seconded and carried that the Clerk be
instructed to deliver Warrant No. 610, sad that the Treasurer be instructed to atop payment
oa Warrant No. 489. (489 to J. P. Flogaua X37,35; 610 to J. P. Flogavs ~37.30~.
