Pd., Tuesday September 17, 1940, with the fo llowing members present:• G. B. Brawn, Commissioner; Ore at A• Gerbaz, Commissioner; Boyd R. King, Commisaioner;•M. M. Neihar dt, Clerk. The meeting was declared to be concurrently a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners and the Pitkin County Board of Equalization. The masutes of the meeting he ld September 3, 4 & 5, 1940 were read and approved. The request of Oscar 6Yilkes for equalization of taxes was allowed to go without forma], actin since the Assessor had made a s atisfactory adJustment fo r the year 1940, as per request. No action was taken upon the request of Rev. David UV. Ray, a s the Board felt that his value tiona were in keeping with othe rs of similar location.
