The Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin Counter, Colorado, met at 10.00 AM
January 17, 1959 with the following members present: Chairman: Clarence Quam, Commis s:

Bills were audited, aplr oved and ordered paid from various funds as follows:
OLD AGE PE[dSION FUND: X1,574.68
PUBLIC WELFARE FUND: 6,432.10
Two sealed bide for supplying diesel fuel and gasoline for the County for the year
959 were received and the following resolution was adopted:
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The County of Pitkin, State of Colorado has heretofore advertised for the
1 urnishing of gasoline and diesel fuel as may be needed during the year 1959to be delivered
s needed at Thomasvill a and Aspen, Colorado;
AND WHEREAS the ROARING FORK VALLEY CO®PERATIVE ASSOCIATION of Basalt, Colorado, ha
id and offered to supply and furnish the said gasoline and diesel fuel as needed by the Coun y
t a price of 16.8 cents par gallon for gasoline and 14.0 cents per gallon for diesel fuel,
or the said year of 1959 to be delivered at the places as stated above;
NOW, THEREE'ORE BE IT RESOLVID by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
itkin, State of Colorado that the offer and bid of the said ROARING FORK VALLEY COOPERATIVE
SSOCIATION be ane the same is hereby accepted and the said County of Pitkin by its Board
f County Commissioners hereby agrees to purchase such gasoline and diesel fuel as may be
eeded during the year 1959 from the said ROARING FORK VALLEY COOPER$~,TIVE ASSOCIATION, at
he aforementioned price of 16,8 cents per gallon for gasoline and 14.0 cents per gallon for
ieael fuel.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this resolution be entered in the recorded proceedings
f this Board and ghat a copy thereof, duly certified by the Clerk thereof, be delivered to
he said ROARING FORK VALLEY COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION, Forthwith.
