The Board of County Co*rm!issicrers of PitY.in Co~mty ~olorado met at 10;00 AM March 2
11959 with the following members present: T, J, Sardy, Chairman; Commissioners: crest Gerbaz
land Samuel Howell; Robert Delaney, County Attorney; PegJ;y E. Coble, Cler]~,
Bills were audited, approved and ordered paid from various County funds as follows:

A petition for abatement/for Mod~err_ Method Corporation was presented which had been
approved by the County Assessor such petition being based upon the fact that a cost figure va
incorrectly listed at X10,500.00 whereas actually the cost was X2,500.00 and after discussion
it was moved by paast Gerbaz and seconded by Sam Howell that the petition be granted y..c%c
Robert M. Perry appeared before the Commissioners requesting assignment to him~e~f~
and Ruth B, Perry of Tax Certificate No. 11 for 1921 sold on December 21, 1922 covering
property owned by the Perrysin order that redemption might be effected and after discussion
it was concluded that such tax certificate would probably be uncoll;ctable and accordingly
it was directed that the County Treasurer be instructed to assign such Certificate as
requested for fees only.
In answer to a letter from J. Fred Scheider Counsel for the Colorado State Associate
of County Commissioners the Commissioners directed that reply be made to the effect that
Pit kin County will cooperate in Needs Study concerning roads provided the study take into
account local roads including farm to market roads, area serviced, arterial uses and other !~
important conditions.
