This meet took place discussing the placement ofpower poles with a representative of Holy Cross Ener Further more, I was ' troduced to a gentleman from the Yule Quarry at Marble, Co. He was there in a capacity to xplain certain M.H.S.A. rules and regulations to Mr. Condon. He was a certified miner and a lamed the credentials to certifying others through classes be was r,.. authorized to give. told me that on the surface, we needed only Colorado State licenses. Also, I was on site w en other inspection personnel were there at the mine. Not once was I ever asked for any form o certification.
