RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN
COUNTY, COLORADO DENYING THE APPEAL OF ED GLICKMAN FROM THE
TEMPORARY LAND USE MORATORIUM AND APPROVING A 380 SQUARE FOOT
GARAGE CONSTRUCTION
RESOLUTION NO. 175-2000
1. Ed Glickman is the owner of Lot 20, Lazy O Subdivision, also known as 2322
Lazy O Road, Snowmass, Colorado, within Pitkin County.
2. Mr. Glickman submitted a request for relief from the Pitkin County Temporary
Land Use Moratorium. Within the appeal was a request for approval to construct a 380 square
foot garage. This request had been approved.
3. The temporary moratorium was lifted on June 19, 2000 before its expiration date.
4. Mr. Glickman's request for appeal from the conditions imposed by the temporary
moratorium is moot.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County, Colorado that Ed Glickman's appeal of the Temporary Land Use Moratorium is denied
and his request to contruct a 380 square foot garage is approved.
FIRST READ AND ADOPTED ON THE 281" DAY OF JUNE, 2000.
