ALLOCATING FUNDS TO THE ASPEN VALLEY IMPROVEMENT GROUP/
UNITED NEIGHBORHOODS FUND FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Resolution#2001-0/
RECITALS
1. The Aspen Valley Improvement Group/United Neighborhoods Fund has requested
funding from the Board of County Commissioners (Board) to pay for GIS and other technical
services to help them in their planning efforts to provide affordable housing.
2. Affordable housing is one of the Board's top priorities and therefore, the Board
wishes to provide the funding requested. These funds will be provided from Payment in Lieu of
Housing funds.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado, that the County will provide up to $5000 in funding to Aspen Valley
Improvement Group/United Neighborhoods Funds.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON the 14`h DAY of February 2001.
