1. In 1993, Pitkin County conditionally approved the Sandunes 50% Reduction

3. The current property owner requests that the County conditional approval
=y a. be vacated due to the change in jurisdiction and to the fact that the County no longer has

�mz NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board of County Commissioners
�0 m hereby approve the vacation of conditional approval for the Sandunes Lot Split.
