RECITALS
1. Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and
State Statute.
2. The Board of County Commissioners has interviewed applicants for this
board and wishes to make the following appointment.
3. This appointment is effective February 28`h, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Pitkin County, Colorado that the following appointment is made:
Weed Advisory Board Term Expires
David Moverley April 1, 2003
APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THE 28th DAY OF FEBRUARY,
2001. PUBLISHED AFTER ADOPTION IN THE ASPEN TIMES ON THE
10th DAY OF MARCH, 2001.
