The PITKIN COUNTY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT dated August 11, 2008 between Pitkin County (the
"County") and Abbey Carpet (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:_
Description of Change: Supplying different carpet manufacture and delaying installation of an area.
Reason for Change: Choose a more environmental rated product. Delayed the installation of the 911 center
area to allow for the delivery of new workstations in early 2009. Needed to insure color / product was
available when needed to match the project
Original Contract Price $ 37,893.20
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price (this change order) $ 2,647.88
Total Adjusted Contract Price (including this change order) $40, 541.49
This change order extends the time to complete work by 0 calendar days
