Applicant seeks relief from the Nighway 82 set back requirement
of Section n to the residence on Lot 9
of Castwood3$OubdTvisionan Tfierset -backs would be inconformity
with the existing neighborhood. The set backs would be well
within the setbacks of the protective covenarits and subdivision
plat (BK 242PG451 Pitkin County Records). The structure as
existing predates the zoning change which created this hardship.
Grantimg of this set back. variance will not impact the public
good or alter or impair the intent and purpose of the zoning
code.
