COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO,
APPOINTING THE CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR FOR 2009
Resolution # 2009-QQ/
RECITALS
1. The Pitkin County Commissioners are the duly elected representatives of the voters of Pitkin
County.
2. As such, the Pitkin County Commissioners annually appoint a Chair and Vice Chair to serve
on the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following appointments aze made:
Chair of the Board of County Commissioners: Patti Kay-Clapper
Vice Chair of the Boazd of County Commissioners: George Newman
These appointments are to be effective immediately and will remain in effect for the balance of 2009
unless it is necessary to change such appointments at a later time, which will be done by subsequent
Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THE 14h day of January, 2009.
