MAIN STREET ASPEN; cuCORADO 81611 HISTORY OF LEATZOW RESIDENCE Permit issued for construction of new duplex. Expansion of living space to basement attempted without permit. Numerous complaints by residences of subdivision recorded against Leatzow residence. 9/13/74 - Inspection revealed illegal triplex. 9/20/74 - Letter received by Building Department from Bill Heldman stating homeo~hmers belief that Leatzow residence is being used as triplex or four-plex. 10/24/74 - Patsy Newbury inspected and found only a legal duplex. 10/24/74 - Fred Gloor, neighbor, complained that a stove was removed prior to Patsy Newbury's arrival. 2/18/76 - A letter was received from Arlene Jarman complaining that Leatzow had re-installed kitchen which had been removed by order of the Building Department. Mrs. Jarman also stated that she believes Leatzow to be in the process of creating a fourth unit. 2/18/76 - Inspection was done by Jack Campbell and found illegal triplex. 2/20/76.- Leatzow given 10 days to comply with duplex zoning by removing third kitchen. 2/23/76 - Cooking appliances, water and drain to existing sink in third unit was removed by order of the Building Department.
