Extension - WINGO Tuesday morning, 20th of November, I met with Mike Davies of Rio Grande at the Samuelson residence at Wingo. The following agreements were reached. 1. Railroad cars vaould only be stored on the western end of the railroad sour, thereby not interfering substantially with the privacy of the Samuelson residence. 2. Railroad safety regulations require boxcars to be on western end of track, i.e., as track goes eastward, it moves closer to main track. 3. HICO Lumber Co. will. use western end for loading and unloading. 4. It was determined that landscape screening would not be necessary. The Samuelsons seemed very relieved to know the limited nature of 1;he l.i.ne extension.
