DOCUMENTS FOR THE LAZY GLEN MOBILE HOME PARK SUBDIVISION/PUD

RECITALS
1. Lazy Glen Homeowner's Association("Applicant") has applied to the Pitkin County Board of
County Commissioners (`BOCC") for an extension to record all Final Plat documents for the Lazy Glen
Mobile Home Park Subdivision up to and including May 4,2001, in order to allow all Homeowners time to
review all finalized documents and cast a vote. Legal description is attached as Exhibit "A".
2. The BOCC granted Final Plat approval on February 9, 2000, pursuant to Resolution No. 021-
2000. Condition 1 of Resolution No. 021-2000,reads `All Final Plat documents shall be recorded within
one year of approval of this Resolution by the Board of County Commissioners."
4. The BOCC considered the request at its regularly scheduled meeting on February 14, 2001, at
which time evidence and testimony were presented with respect to this application.
5. The BOCC determined that the requested extension is warranted and,therefore, found the
extension to be appropriate.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Board of County
Commissioners that it does hereby grant an extension of the Final Plat documents recording for the Lazy
Glen Mobile Home Park Subdivision/PUD until May 4,2001, subject to the following conditions which
shall run with the land and be binding on all successors in interest:
1. The Applicant shall adhere to all material representations made in the application and public
meetings.
2. All conditions of Resolution Nos. 98-168 and 021-2000 shall remain in full force and effect.
3. No building permits shall be issued in Lazy Glen, except for the replacements of units that do not
exceed the footprint of existing units or expand the floor area of square footage of any unit.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THE 14TH OF FEBRUARY 2001.
