I suggest you have the. applicant add the following
language to the plat immediately above the Commissioners'
Certificate (or above both P & Z and. the Commissioners, if
P & Z wishes,.it):
This revised plat is approved on condition that
no lot designated herein by a letter following a
numeral may be separately conveyed as such (except
to the owmer of the lat bearing the"s'arne"riumeraY),
but rather the parcels bearing the same numeral
shall be considered orie lot'fgr all. purposes
(e,~., Lot 38 and 38A is one lot); 'this approval
shall not be construed to create present approval
of'substandard-sized lots, i.e., only those lots
that were, platted prior to the adoption of county
zoning affecting the property shall be considered
as pre-existing substandard lots under Section X
of the Ptkin County'Zoriing Resolution (if they
remain substandard under present regulations;
given this plat, and given Section 10.06.02 of
the Zoning Resolution).
Approval of this revised plat shall not be
construed to imply the availability of such social
services as would be require$ to be demonstrated

Donna Baer presented this request for Mike Gerhaz which would A
permit him to give indeed, six acres of his property on figTi'waq
82 to his son. Since his son has.,no plans for development in the
near future, Ms. Baer suggested that the Commission grant the
exemption only for the transfer of land_and not for development.
