R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Southwestern Dynamics, Inc. has filed.. with the Pitkn
County Board of Adjustment a development plan providing a general planning
layout for land located in the Layaway Rznch more fully described in Case
71-2 Board of Adjustment and shown on a map made a part of this case,
AND, WHEREAS, the plan has, been reviewed by the Pitkin County board
of Adjustment who have found and determined the plan incorporates good zoning
practice and contemplates relatively low density and substantial open areas
with limited scarring and destruction of natural features,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PITRIN COUNTY BARD OF ADJUSTN:ENm
that special exceptions are granted for each of the structures as shown on
the master plan and other plans now 'on file herin by the applicant. The special
exception granted herein shall be valid for a period riot to exceed four years
(4yrs) from the date of this resolution, provided that the develpper shall not
materially deviate frcm the Aiaster ~~an on file. The Board of Adjustment
reserves the right to review the developers compliance with said Master Plan
annually during said four year period, or more frequently if advised by the'
Building Inspector that there has been_a material deviation from the Master,
Plari. The Master Plan so approved ,shall be filed with the Secretary of the
Board of Adjustment and certified by her.
