Dear Suzanne:
Davis Horn Incorporated represents Ranch IV LLC (applicant) in this
land use application. The applicant seeks a minor amendment to the
Bane Tract 5 development permit to move the utility access envelope
which links the water tank envelope to 'the Ranch Central
agricultural improvments envelope.
BACKGROUND
The Bane Tracts were created pursuant to Colorado law. The Bane
Tracts Plat was recorded in the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder's
office. Attachment 1 is a copy of the Bane Tracts Plat. Attachment
2 is a copy of the Bane Tract 5 1041 Hazard Review Map for Tract 5.
Attachment 2, depicts the location of the approved utility access
envelope.
