District. The Planning Office has contacted Heiko Kuhn b hone

Planning and Zoning Commission Recommendation
The Commission reviewed this proposal at their regular meeting
on October 22, 1980 and voted unanimously to recommend denial
for reason of the inadequacy of the Red Mountain Road.

structure. The Davison property is a one-acre lot located. on Red Mountain.
Referral Agency Comments
4Jritten comment has yet to be received from Aspen Metro Sanitation District.
The Planning Office has contacted Heiko Kuhn by phone and determined that his
recommendation will be approval subject to the payment of 'sewer fees for pre-
vious use.
The City of Aspen Water Department has, recommended approval and has indicated
that water will be available upon the payment of the Plant Investment Fees.
As of the time of this writing, we have not received comment from the Housing
Director.
Holy Cross Electric has not responded to our referral request.
