RECITALS
1. Pursuant to the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter, Section 5.8.2, the Board of
County Commissioners appoints the County Coroner.
2. The Board of County Commissioners wishes to appoint Dr. J. Stevens Ayers as
the Pitkin County Coroner.
3. This appointment is effective May 9, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado that Dr. J. Stevens Ayers is appointed as
the Pitkin County Coroner, effective May 9, 2001
APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THE 9th DAY OF MA
