Pursuant to our conversation yesterday, I am forwarding
to you a copy of an amended plat, a copy of a portion
of the incorrect earlier plat, and a copy of a letter
signed by the surveyors, ,"''essrs, Gamba and Pessman,
relative thereto.
I am requesting approval of the amended plat under
Article 11,1.8 of the County's Subdivision °egulations,
I apologize for the fact that the amended plat was
filed without approval, but can assure you that there
was no intention to run afoul of the requirements.

RE: Lots 9, 10, 11 -- Block 3, Meadowood
Subdivision
Dear Sir:
On 20 May 1974 a meeting was held with purpose of resolving the question
of the location of lot pins for Lots 9,10 and 11, 3lock 3 Meadowood
Subdivision as amended by the plat dated February, 1970, Present at the
meeting were Gerard Penman and Jerome F. Gamba,
Prior to this meeting, Mr. Gerard H. Penman submitted his survey plat
of Lot 9 to Eldorado Engineering Company for review, Following this,
Eldorado Engineering Company conducted a survey which originated from
undisturbed monuments on the northwestern side of the subdivision.
This survey, conducted through a closed loop traverse and utilizing elec-
tronic distance measurement, established the existing "ground" locations
of the lot pins on the above named lots as well as pins on adjoining lots
and road rights-of-ways.
The Eldorado survey determined the following:
1. The witness corner to the northwest corner of Lot 9 is located
0.80 feet north and 0,45 feet west of the platted location,
2. The witness corner to the southwest corner of Lot 9 is located
4,06 feet west and 0,20 feet north of the platted location.
3. The witness corner to the southwest corner of Lot 10 is located
0,51 feet north and 0,46 feet west of the platted location,
4, The witness corner to the northwest corner of Lot 10 is located
0,74 feet north and 0,79 feet west of the platted location.
As was previously determined by calculation, the distances shown on the
plat for the south and east lines of Lot 11 were the distances to the
long chords of the respective curves on Meadowood Drive instead of the
distances to the right-of-way curves. This results in (a) no change
to Lot 9 acreage, (b) the change in acreage of Lot 10 from the platted
acreage of 0,6980 acres to the true acreage of 0,7004 acres, and (c)
a change in the acreage of Lot 11 from the platted acreage of 0.6114
acres to the true acreage of 0,6055 acres. This results in a net loss

between the taro lots of 0.0035 acres or 152.46 square feet. The area
lost was located on the southwest corner of Lot 11 which is currently
within the driving surface of the roads,
Eldorado agrees to reset the pins for Lots 9,10 and 11 to their true
positions and produce a certified plat of the lots,
Gerard Pesman has examined this data as outlined above and agrees that
it is true and accurate and futher agrees that the resetting of pins and
issuance of a certified plat by Eldorado will resolve the question,
There are to be no fees charged by Eldorado for this work.
The contents of this letter are fully understood by both Jerome F.
Gamba of Eldorado Engineering Company and Gerard H. Pesman of Survey
Engineers, Inc. as evidenced by the signatures of both parties hereon,
