The initial site inspection must be arranged with the Aspen/Pltk in Environmental Rea l th Department 1925-2020, 9:30-9:30 a.m.l
before a permit can be issued. The individual sewage disposal permit must be issued before a building. permit can be obtained.
FINAL INSPECTION APPROVAL MUST BE GIVEN BY THE ASPEN/PITKIN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO BACKFILLING ANY PORTION
OF THE SYSTEM.
Application for an individual sewage disposal permit is hereby submitted. The undersigned acknowledges that the above information
is true and that false information -ill invalidate the application and any subsequent permit.

In support of this request the Applicants state that in the Summer of 1985
they developed the spring, installed 2600 feet of 1 1/4 inch PVC pipe and used
the water in their house.
The Referee does therefore conclude that the above -entitled Application
should be granted and that the 0.033 cubic foot of water per second of time
previously awarded conditionally to Mick Spring in Case No. 82CW187, with
Appropriation date of July 20, 1982, should be and hereby is made absolute and
unconditional.
It is accordingly ORDERED that this Ruling shall be filed with the Water
Clerk subject to Judicial review.
It is further ORDERED that a copy of this Ruling shall be filed with the
appropriate Division Engineer and the State Engineer.

referred to the undersigned as Nater Referee for Nater Division No. 5, State
of Colorado, by the Water Judge of said Court on the 10th day of December,
1 8G, in accordance with Article 92 of Chapter 37, Colorado Revised Statutes
1973, known as The Water Right Determination and Administration Act of 1969.
And the undersigned Referee having rade such investigations as are
