Dear Sir:
An inspection was conducted
of determining the adequacy
disposal systems serving the
property.
on June 2, 1976, for the purpose
of the water supply and sewage
residence on the above captioned
The water is supplied from a subdivision well in compliance
with minimum requirements of the Colorado Department of Health.
The Homeowners Association has obtained a waiver on the require-
ment for disinfection of the water supply and all routine
bacteriological tests analyzed by the State Health Department
Laboratories have given safe results, including the enclosed
results of the latest sample from the referenced lot.
The sevrage disposal system was installed under current Pitkin
County Regulations and given f9.na1 approval on October 31,
1974, by Mr. James C. Roark of this office. A copy of the final
permit is enclosed. The sewage disposal system appeared to be
functioning adequately at the time of inspection. As
indicated on the enclosed invoice, there is a $25.00 charge for
this inspection. Please make the check, payable to the Pitkin
County Treasurer.
