Thank you for your help on the phone yesterday. Attached are
a) our before and after drawings - please note that there are no changes
upstairs and we shaded in the area which will be converted into a bathroom in
the downstairs drawing. therefore you really only have one drawing of each
floorplan, but the change is shown.
and
b) a copy of our bill from B and R Septic for pumping in June of 2000. It
shows that we have a 1800 gallon Septic tank. B and R recommends pmping
once every 2 years. We do at least that.
Our house presently only has one bathroom and we are interested in adding a
second to service the existing bedrooms downstairs. I am very hopeful we
will be able to do this without any changes to our septic as the cost of this
might preclude our ability to add a second bathroom which we sorely need.
We are a family of 4.
